All of our trainers are highly motivated, front line emergency service workers, with a wealth of practical, hands-on experience of real life situations.

Our service is both dynamic and forward thinking; from the moment you make your initial enquiry to receiving our professionally presented course documentation and post-training support. Every stage has been carefully thought through to create a lasting impression.

All courses can be run at our training facility in Poling, or at one of your own venues, or at any other convenient venue away from the workplace if required. Although based on the south coast near Arundel, West Sussex, Alpha Training is a national training company - meaning that there are no limits geographically when it comes to meeting the needs of our clients.

Alpha thrive on delivering high quality, bespoke training that meets our clients’ individual and exacting needs. We have developed interactive programmes that engage and inspire, promoting safer working practices. Health and safety doesn’t need to be dull. Our internal audit system means that our trainers are not only assessed externally by governing bodies, but also internally by our own internal audit team, to ensure that they consistently maintain the high standards to which our clients have become accustomed, and that the training delivered conforms to the latest legislation and protocols. We have recently achieved ISO 9001 accreditation,  and are working towards IFE approval for our fire safety training courses.
