Even in well managed premises a fire can occur. Once started it produces heat, toxic gases and large quantities of smoke. The inhalation of smoke and toxic gases has been shown to be one of the main causes of fire deaths in buildings. There are many potential causes of fire and premises should therefore incorporate measures which minimise the risk of a fire starting.

It is also extremely important that all staff know what to do in the event of a fire including raising the alarm and evacuation of the workplace. Our range of fire safety courses cater for all levels of responsibility and experience from basic fire safety awareness training through to fire safety management training courses.

All of our fire safety training can include the use of our "environmentally friendly" propane gas live fire training rigs with a selection of fire extinguishers and fire blankets to use free of charge. All of our fire safety training is run by our very own dedicated training team who are all current serving front line emergency service personnel.

Our new Fire Marshal course also includes the role of the Emergency Evacuation Coordinator. This is because in today's ever changing world, the risk is not only that from fire but environmental accident, structural collapse, bomb threat, terrorism and other emergencies that may require a different approach to premises or site evacuation.

All of our courses are tailored to suit the clients exacting needs. All training is carried out by emergency service professionals giving you up to the minute information and advice.

Alpha also offer a bespoke Fire Risk Assessment service UK wide carried out by Fire Safety officers.

Courses can be arranged anywhere in the UK, including London, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Dorset.
